Ingredients
• 1 lb beef strips
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• ¼ cup water
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned.
- Add broccoli and garlic.
- Pour oyster sauce, water, pepper, and sugar.
- Cook 3–4 minutes until glossy and tender.
